All insights are based on traditional Indian belief systems (Vastu Shastra, numerology, spiritual symbolism, etc.) and are intended solely for informational and personal guidance purposes.

VedaGuide is not a provider of architectural, engineering, structural, financial, legal, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate floor plans and information.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the reports.
• You must not upload offensive, illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content.

4. No Guarantees

VedaGuide does not guarantee outcomes of any kind, including:

• Financial or business success
• Property sale value
• Health or relationship outcomes
• Future predictions
• Removal of negative energy

These interpretations are subjective and based on traditional belief systems.

5. Payments & Pricing

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Pricing is displayed on the website and may change over time.
• Once a digital report is generated, the order cannot be reversed (see Refund Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, UI design, branding, and generated analysis belong to VedaGuide.

Users may not copy, sell, or redistribute content without permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse the platform
• Reverse engineer the service
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access or damage the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VedaGuide is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on the reports
• Any business, personal, property, emotional, or financial loss
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Usage is entirely at your discretion and responsibility.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You misuse the platform
• We suspect fraudulent activity
